Pirani Vacuum Sensor ZJ-52T

    ZJ-52T series of Pirani vacuum sensor is a widely used low vacuum measuring sensor. After special processing, its heating filament has the advantages of wide pressure measuring range, stable performance, good consistency, quick response and long service time. Its cover employs DM-305 glass, aluminum alloy, stainless steel and porcelain for sealing.

 

Major Technical Specifications

1. Measuring Range:1×105∼1×10-1 Pa.
2. Within the range of 1∼3000 Pa, relative deviation of the calibration curve and the standard characteristic curve is less than 30%.
3. It can be used for reference measuring within the range of 10-1∼1Pa and 3000Pa∼105 Pa.
4. Vacuum degree within the sensor is not less than 5×10-2 Pa before unsealing.
5. The standard connecting heads are: φ15.5, KF16, KF25, KF40, CF16 and CF35. And the non-standard connecting heads can be manufactured according to the customers’ needs.

 

Cautions for Operation

 

1. Full range and zero point of the vacuum controller should be calibrated in matching with vacuum sensor before use.
2. Better be installed vertically.
