Thermocouple Vacuum Controller:

ZJ-14 Cold Cathode Ionization Gauge is a kind of middle-vacuum gauge suitable from 10-1 Pa to 10-7 Pa . There is not filament inside of the gauge, so it has longer work time and is convenient to be taken down for service . And it has the widely measuring range , better stability , etc…

Cold cathode is apt to be polluted by the oil steam in the low vacuum, which will change the surface of the cathode to make it being hard to excite the cold gauge , The followeing methode can be choosed:

a. Use the best vauum running program to shorten the retention time of the vacuum area.

b. keep work in the high vacuum .

c. stop the metal dust enters the cold gauge.

d. the appropriate installation place can help you to get away from the pollution source.

e. turn off the cold gauge if there is no work to do.
